the lights live on

Reuse right from the drawing board

Every week we receive orders for new lampshades for lamps that customers have had for many years in both public and private environments. Even at the design stage, designer Lars Bessfelt's philosophy was sustainability.

We manufacture and sew new lampshades for all Zlamp models since the start in 1994.

By being able to easily snap off the lampshades, you can give new life to an old lamp. Instead of throwing away the entire lamp when the shade has worn out, we sew new lampshades that fit the existing lamp model.
We have all the punching irons saved for old Zlamp models. This approach reduces waste and contributes to more sustainable production.

We combine traditional craftsmanship with an environmentally friendly philosophy.

In our recycling work, we modify older lamps that customers want to convert to LED instead of halogen.
We replace and update broken parts of the lamp.

Fabric screens for Triggy and Hockey

In the 80s, Lars Bessfelt designed, among other things, the popular lamp series Triggy and Hockey for Ateljé Lyktan, where we still manufacture new lampshades for these old models that customers want to keep or have bought used at auction. Recycling in several stages.
